Monogamy or Non-Monogamy: Do You Have to Pick a Side?
If you’re like me, you’ve never felt fully at home calling yourself either strictly monogamous or strictly polyamorous. Each term feels like a box.
Say you’re monogamous, and people may assume you’re conventional or fearful. Say you’re polyamorous, and suddenly you’re expected to have multiple partners, perfect compersion, and unshakable confidence in your choices.
But what if the goal wasn’t to pick a side, or find the perfect person—what if it was relating from freedom?
Many of us crave relationships that fill our souls with love, that make us feel seen and honored, and that allow us to express more of who we truly are. And that can look a LOT of different ways.
This series explores how we can move beyond relational binaries—much like we have with gender and sexuality—and embrace a fluid, values-based approach to love that adapts to the needs of real people in real moments.

Each lecture weaves together psychology, philosophy, and practical tools to help you cultivate love as a path of personal and relational liberation.
